Returns

Our customers and their satisfaction is very important to us. We guarantee that our products are high quality and free of defects. However due to the personal nature of our items, we cannot accept returns unless the item is defective. If an item is defective, we will replace it with the same item. Some items allow for custom sizing, If the item you receive is not the properly sized according to the sizing you provided, we will replace it with the proper sized item. All return packages must be sent to us via U.S. Mail or UPS (we suggest insuring it for your protection). We are not responsible for returns sent uninsured if we do not receive the item returned.
