Shipping
All of our shipments are sent
discreetly in plain packaging. Nothing on the outside will ever indicate what is
inside. We realize that some of our customers are very private people and
therefore we respect that privacy for all of our customers.
Most orders are shipped with in 1-2
business days with the exception of items that may occasionally be out of
stock, custom sized items, apparel/clothing and footwear. Due to
manufacturer delivery times, those items may not ship for 3-4 weeks. If you have
a mix that includes items of clothing, we will in most cases ship the items we
currently have and then ship the backordered items as soon as they become
available. If more than 50% of the items on your order are temporarily
out of stock, we will not ship your order until we have most of the items back
in stock.
We currently offer the following
methods of shipping for orders within the USA and Canada. Currently we use
United Parcel Service(UPS) as
our primary carrier for deliveries within the USA. We also use the United States
Postal Service for deliveries to P.O. Boxes and for Deliveries outside the
United States. We can not ship via UPS to P.O. Boxes. We do not
offer Express (1 Business Day) Delivery to P.O. Boxes.
Please note that the shipping
methods we offer are the type of carrier service once the order is dispatched
from our warehouse and does not include the time of 1-2 business days
needed to process and package your order for shipment. For example, an order
placed today using the Expedited shipping method will be processed in 1-2
business days and it will be delivered 2-3 days after it leaves our
warehouse. Choosing Express Delivery or Expedited Delivery does not mean that it is
guaranteed to be on your door step tomorrow or the next day, nor does it
in anyway mean that our internal processing and packaging time of 1-2 days
changes. We will make every attempt to ship Expedited and Priority package as
quickly as possible, but we do not guarantee quicker processing times.
