Domination Reward Points Program
 

Domination Reward Points is a new program we've introduced to allow our customers to earn points which can be used to receive a discount on product here at The DominationGuide Fetish Store. You can also earn points by referring a friend through "Tell a Friend" when that person makes their first  purchase here.
 

How do I earn points ?

Each time you buy an item, you will earn one (1) point for each dollar an item costs. So if an item is $50.00, you will earn 50 Domination Reward Points. If an item is an odd amount, the points will be award  based on the next highest full dollar amount.  For example if an item is $49.90, you will earn 50 points. Your  Domination Reward Points will accumulate in your account starting with your very first order. When you come back and place a second or subsequent order, you will have the option of using either all or some of your points, by using your points, you will  receive a discount on your purchases. One (1) award point is equals to a discount of five cents ($.05) when used. However, you will not earn points on any order that you are using point on to receive a discount. Also, your points will not be earned on any order until the order has been processed and your order is paid for.

Can I earn Domination Reward Points any other way ?

Yes you can ! If you use our "Tell a friend" feature to tell a friend about one or several of our products and that friend comes to our store and makes a purchase of any kind, under that name AND e-mail address, of those or any other items, you will earn points equal to 5% of their first order (excluding taxes and shipping). First order only, you will not earn point for subsequent orders. However, the friend you referred will earn points as well on their first order.

How do you redeem them ?

On your Second order or any order thereafter, when you go to checkout, you will be told how many Domination Reward Points you have available and be asked how many you would like to use. You may use all of them or only part of them, that is your choice.

How can I check to see how many points I have before I start shopping ?

This is very easy ! Use the customer login function to sign in. You will then automatically be in the "Manage your account" area. You will see that the third selection down is "view your Domination Reward Points". Under this section it will tell you what your Domination Reward Points are worth in dollars and cents, how many points you have accrued total and how many point you have used. 

Can I pay for an order entirely with points ?

Not entirely, if you have enough points to cover the merchandise, that will be accepted, however any taxes or SHIPPING Costs will have to be paid for. You can not use points for these two items.

What if an order is cancelled or fails to process ?

Any points earned on the order are automatically deducted from your account. Any points used on that order to receive a discount are placed back in your account.

Do my Domination Reward Points expire ?

Nope, there is no time limit on how fast you have to use them.

Can I transfer my points to my my wife, girlfriend, friend etc ?

No Points are not transferable.  In no event can points be combined into another existing account. 

Can I receive the cash value of my points ?

No, the only way you can receive the value of the points is by using them with an order. Unless used in conjunction with an order and under the restrictions (not usable to pay any tax or shipping charges) the points have no actual cash value.
