Frequently Asked Questions
These are just some of
the general questions asked of our customer service department. We have put
these here just to help answer some of the more common questions you may have.
Q.) By providing my e-mail address, does this mean
you are going to send me all kinds of spam ?
A.) Absolutely Not ! By providing your e-mail, it will only be
used to update you on the status of your order only. We DO NOT provide any
information about our customers to third parties, including their e-mail
addresses. We DO NOT send advertisement e-mails to our customers unless they
request to be sent those e-mails. Our e-mail subscriber list is a separate list
you must join, it is an opt-in/opt-out list. We will immediately honor any
request to opt-out. Subscribers of our
e-mail list receive mail from us approximately 4 times a year.
Q.) Will you be sending me flyers, catalogs, etc.
through the mail ?
A.) Absolutely Not !
We do not send out unsolicited materials, either by mail or e-mail and we do not
sell or trade customers personal information with any third parties either.
Q.) Can you send my order in discreet packaging ?
A.) Yes ! All orders are sent in plain packaging
regardless of whether you request it our not. The shipping label will show that
it was sent from "CY Worldwide, Inc." to further protect your privacy. We take
your privacy seriously.
Q.) Will your stores name appear on my credit card
bill ?
A.) No it will not, any charge by us will appear as "CY
Worldwide, Inc." Again to protect your right to privacy.
Q.) Can I come shop at the store rather than over
the Internet ?
A.) No, we do not have a retail store open to the
public. Our goods are sold through the Internet only. No exceptions !
Q.) I would prefer to shop by Catalog, can you send
me a printed catalog ?
A.) At this time, we do not offer a printed catalog.
Q.) I don't have a credit card, can you ship
my order COD ?
A.) No, we do not offer COD service, for alternative means of
payment, please see our "Payment Terms" section
Q.) Can you send my order "No Signature required" ?
A.) We can only send the order not needing a signature, We can
not request that no signature be obtained. Our shipping agents have their own
rules and sometimes they require a signature at a given location for their
own reasons. Also, most shipping agents require a signature on Overnight
Packages because they want to be able to later prove that it was delivered
overnight on time as requested.
Q.) Do you sell to minors ?
A.) Not if we know. We take every step possible, but
unfortunately we can't prevent it completely from happening. Unfortunately, at
this time there is no fool proof way of verifying a person's age via the
internet.
