This extreme looking device is used by dentists and oral surgeons to keep the patients mouth open during procedures, but we know you'll have other uses for it. This retractor is about 6" across and while hold a mouth opened to about 2". Some people add a strap to prevent it from being expelled by the wearer, which is possible. It has a brushed steel finish.
